Ralph Johnson

Ralph E. Johnson is co-author of the influential Computer science textbook, Design Patterns. A pioneer in the Smalltalk community, he is (jocularly) referred to as being in the "Gang of Four."

Prof Johnson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He attends the Object-Oriented conference, OOPSLA every year.
